EXPERIENCE

 

• Two daily yoga practices: 

  • Invigorating and therapeutic morning yoga (Forrest Yoga inspired) that promises to unravel your neck tension, free your hips, open your heart and romance your Spirit​

  • Soothing Yin late afternoon journeys into serenity and stillness

​

• Delicious organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian meals, shared around a community dining table and prepared by the amazing whole foods chef Angie Cowen (who's also the owner of Heartspace Retreat!)

​

• Sleep in king single beds fitted with deluxe linen bedding in super spacious rooms

​

• Melt into a gorgeous massage with local therapist Cheryl Waters and be deeply nourished from the inside out

 

• Cupping session with Beth

• Sacred Sound Journey with Peter + Connie from Hum Sound Therapy (www.hum8.com.au)

​

• Relax and unwind in the beautiful lush surrounds with the alpacas, nearby the dam

The retreat will formally start at 5.30pm (feel free to arrive from 2pm) and will finish by noon on the 7th.

* 60% of rate (excluding deposit) will be refunded until 1st October. From 2nd Oct no refund will be given.

COVID

* In the event that the retreat has to be postponed, all payments will be refunded except for $150. This money will be transferred to an alternative retreat date. If the new date doesn't suit you, you can transfer the deposit to another or forfeit it.

Heart Space Retreat is a boutique eco luxe yoga retreat centre nestled amongst the rolling hills of the beautiful Yass Valley.

You'll be staying in a picturesque mudbrick homestead on 14 beautiful country acres.

 

Accommodation is super comfy, each room with king size singles and luxe linen bedding.

The yoga shall is a large beautiful space with wooden floors and exquisite views.
