Namaste

Welcome to JustBreatheYoga, a Yoga Hub for every body, Yoga Retreats and Kula (community).

I've survived and celebrated the rocky road towards my 50's (crazy!)

and aside from being a yoga teacher, teacher trainer and Yoga Retreat facilitator,

I'm also a wife, sister, daughter and mum to 2 beauty-full young women and my furry love Shanti.

I know ALL TOO WELL the craziness of being a driven woman.

And so I welcome you to a safe and supported community of like minded yogis where you can:

* experience the intelligence of Forrest Yoga and honour your body, your emotions, your heartspace

* work privately and receive exactly what you need

* gift yourself with a Retreat that nourishes you from the inside out

* empower your work team with a weekly yoga class or a special event class

* create the perfect Hen's Day before you tie the knot

*create Calm in the Classroom: a NESA accredited workshop for Early Childhood & Primary Teachers

Please take your time exploring the site and don't hesitate to call or email me with any questions.

And if you'd like to hear directly from other Retreaters check our Facebook page

Tune into this interview with me and

these awesome women

from The Wellness Women

Dr Ashleigh Bond and Dr Andrea Huddleston

It's strange to be interviewed... it's very 'real-time',

and listening back to your own voice feels a combination of strange, vulnerable and courageous!

I hope you'll enjoy my story
